This specimen is extracted from the Himalayan region. Due to unique climate conditions and high altitudes, crystals found there are typically very pure and transparent. The complex natural conditions endow crystals with unique characteristics but also significantly increase the difficulty of mining. The Himalayan region is covered with ice and snow throughout the year, and there are only two months available for mountain mining in a year.
