- We hope you will be 100% satisfied with your website purchase. If not, we’ll refund your purchase price, in full, upon SAFE RETURN of the specimen in original condition – postmarked within 30 days after purchase.

- All retuned Items must be sent back in original packaging accompanied with packing slip.
- DO NOT SEND THE PACKAGE BACK TO US unless you’ve contack us and receive the instructions on how and where to send the package.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, if the reason is other than DOA or wrong specimen.
Damage Policy:
- If your Item arrives damaged, please contact us and we will immediately resolve everything at your convenience. But DOA (Damage On Arrival) should be reported within 1 business day from the delivery date, no exceptions.
- You must keep all of the packaging.
- You must keep all of the Damaged items and parts.
- Please send us images of the packaging and the Damaged Product. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or order number the of purchase.
- Upon receiving your refund request, our dedicated team will promptly assist you with the return and refund process.
